Metal 3D Printing
Selective Laser Melting (SLM) builds fully dense metal parts directly from powder. It unlocks geometries that are impossible to machine and shortens the path from design to a real metal component.
End-use metal parts, without the tooling
Metal printing consolidates assemblies into a single part, builds internal cooling channels and removes the lead time of traditional tooling. We finish every part with heat treatment, support removal, machining and surface treatment as required.
- Fully dense, isotropic mechanical properties
- Complex internal features and lightweight lattices
- Short runs of end-use parts and spare components
- Follow-on CNC and finishing for critical features
