SLA 3D Printing
Stereolithography builds parts layer by layer from liquid photopolymer resin. It is our go-to process for high-detail models, smooth surfaces and finely finished presentation pieces.
Detail and surface quality other processes can't match
SLA reproduces fine features, thin walls and smooth curves with excellent dimensional accuracy. After printing we clean, UV-cure and finish each part — sanding, painting or clear-coating as needed.
- Layer heights down to 0.05 mm for crisp detail
- Smooth, paintable surfaces ideal for appearance models
- Clear, tough and high-temperature resin options
- Hand-painting and electroplating for display-ready parts
Process parameters
| Technologies | SLA (laser stereolithography), LCD/MSLA resin printing |
| Materials | Standard resin, tough resin, clear resin, high-temperature resin |
| Typical tolerance | ±0.1 mm (±0.2 mm for parts over 100 mm) |
| Min. feature | ~0.5 mm walls; fine text and detail reproduced cleanly |
| Max build size | Up to ~600 mm on the longest axis (part-dependent) |
| Post-processing | Wash, UV cure, sand, fill, prime, paint, clear-coat, plate |
| Best for | Concept models, form-fit checks, display & presentation parts |
Exact tolerance and build size depend on part geometry and resin. Confirmed during DFM review.
