New SLM machines widen YUNSHU3D's stainless steel, titanium and tool-steel capability for functional prototypes and end-use parts.
YUNSHU3D has added new selective laser melting (SLM) machines to its Shenzhen workshop, expanding in-house capacity for metal additive manufacturing. The investment lets us take more stainless steel, titanium and tool-steel projects from file to finished part without outsourcing.
What the new capacity means for buyers
Metal 3D printing is the right choice when a part needs organic internal channels, consolidates several machined components into one, or simply cannot be made by subtractive methods. With the expanded line we can support:
- Stainless steel (316L, 17-4PH) for corrosion-resistant fixtures and housings.
- Titanium (TC4 / Ti6Al4V) for lightweight, high-strength brackets and medical-adjacent parts.
- Tool steel for short-run tooling, jigs and inserts.
Faster, tighter feedback loop
Keeping metal printing in-house shortens lead time and keeps quality control under one roof. Every part ships with the same DFM review and inspection reporting we apply across metal 3D printing, CNC machining and our other processes.
